Lower 40 Ranch is available to Groups, Churches, Clubs, or Associations interested in a unique and exciting getaway. The magnificent scenery helps one to feel at ease. Clean air, spectacular views, and wholesome activities abound to make your gathering a wonderful and rewarding experience.

Three bunk houses are available and sleep eight people each. We have three indoor showers and restroom facilities. A fully functional kitchen is available for your convenience where you can prepare your own meals or sit back and relax while we prepare your meal for you. We can even provide entertainment if you like.
